Bible Study
Sundays 9:30-10:30 a.m. w/ Stephan Locke
At Our Saviour we offer two Bible Study opportunities: one on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. and the other on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. Sunday is a hybrid Bible Study, so you can participate either in person at the church or online from the comfort of your home via Zoom. Wednesdays are in person at the church, but I’m sure online accommodations can be easily set up . While we are a small group, we have big discussions. Everyone is welcome to share at their own comfort level.
During our study sessions, we read from the Bible and discuss what resonates with us and holds the most meaning. We ask questions and share our perspectives. Sometimes, it’s the interpretation of just one word that makes all the difference! Other times, our conversations lead us into deeper, thought-provoking topics.
We come to Bible Study with a variety of church backgrounds, experiences, and levels of knowledge. Some participants are well-versed and experienced in Bible study, while others are just beginning to explore the readings, and some are revisiting their understanding of the Bible. Wherever you are in your Bible journey, that’s a wonderful place to start. You may find yourself becoming a mentor to someone else, or your questions and insights may provide new perspectives for others. Don’t underestimate your ability to contribute to a Bible Study session or to learn something new. All that is required of you is to show up—there's no need for any advanced preparation.

Wednesday 12:15 p.m. - BIBLE DIVE w/ Deacon Emily
"The Bible Dive isn't meant to be a scholarly look into the Bible, but an opportunity to gently dive-in, especially for those who haven't read as much as they would've liked of their Bible. We'll engage with the Scriptures and see how they speak to us. If you don't already have a favorite Bible, I recommend (The New Oxford Annotated Bible with the Apocrypha - New Revised Standard Version). Hope you can join us. - Deacon Emily
